Can Polk Audio MagniFi Mini AX connect to a subwoofer from another Polk Audio MagniFi Mini AX station? example: I have a Polk Audio MagniFi Mini AX without a subwoofer, what should I do in this case? which subwoofers can I connect to my Polk Mini AX?

You can sync the subwoofers from the same models but would need to reset the subwoofer first then sync it to the sound bar you wish to use. Other model subwoofers will not work with the Mini. You can contact our customer care team for more support https://www.polkaudio.com/en-us/contact-us.html

Hi, will my Magnifi Mini AX automatically connect to the subwoofer from Magnifi Mini? Or is connection only possible to a subwoofer from the Magnifi Mini AX model?

Hello, the wireless subwoofers are paired at the factory and are not interchangeable. The original Magnifi Mini sub will not pair with the Magnifi Mini AX soundbar.

I have Magnifi Mini AX with surround speakers. All of the speakers buzz when I plug in through the aux jack. Is there some way to fix this?

When I play music from my iphone 14 on Mini AX with SR2 speakers via wifi, it keeps disconnecting (while other wifi speakers are playing with no issues). How can this be solved?

Hello, We are sorry to hear about this. We would first recommend that you attempt a factory reset of your Mini AX system and reconnect it to your wifi network to see if that helps resolve the issue. This is how to perform a factory reset. With the sound bar turned on, press and hold the Power button and the Mute button on the top panel of the sound bar for 7 seconds. You will hear a chime, then numbers will countdown on the display, followed by “RESET.” The bar restarts when the process is complete. Hello, This soundbar was not designed to be wall mounted and does not have any dedicated mounts for it. That said, there may be third party options available that allow you to mount it to a small shelf below the TV.

Phone & streaming music app output Atmos when playing Atmos content. I press the info button twice it indicates PCM 2.0 no matter which sound mode is active. I have the Magnifi Mini AX connected by Bluetooth. How do I get Atmos to output the sound bar?

You need to be connected to a TV that supports Atmos via an HDMI cable to get any kind of Atmos output. I have an Android TV and the only music streaming app that outputs Atmos music is Amazon Music, but ONLY with a Google Chromecast device plugged into the TV. There's currently no music streaming service that outputs Atmos directly via an Android TV that I know of. As for Apple TV, I don't have one myself, but I believe that outputs Atmos as well.
